Glamour Poste

The ever so exciting Glamour Poste with a twist.
My entire life I have had a love for travel and to be truthful I believe it has more to do with the glamour of "jet setting" off to foreign places.
There's a beauty to me when someone takes care of themselves and the pieces they carry with them as they travel. Never one to wear jeans and a t-shirt in the first place, I admire the women (and men) who invest in a few extra minutes to get ready. Here are a few things that make me want to abandon my weekend plans for a fabulous getaway.

Glamour Poste

Happy Weekend!

First of all I must state that no matter what I do to savor every bit of my days off, they inevitably slip away from me. I'm trying my best to relish this day and remember to chill out. So many of my days are filled with worrying about getting this or that done, cleaning there and not forgetting to do...____ {You fill in the blank}.
So here I am relishing
As of now my nails are painted, the shoes have been purchased as have the little necklace to top it off.
Sadly I cannot find my camera, after searching high and low it's no where to be seen making me hope that I left it at one of our parent's houses. Tonight I'll be taking pictures via my phone and hope to post them tomorrow if not in a couple of days.
In honor of this special night {Note: I never went to prom and the only other day I got to dress up was my wedding} I'm making this entry my glamour poste.

“To those who can dream, there is no such place as far away”

It seems I can't update until the late hours of the evening, full of inspiration from visiting all of my favorite blogs.
The weather today was quite dreary and cold. {Finally!} Well, I don't want the dreary but fully desire the cold. So chilly in fact that tonight after Adam and I got happy hour sushi at our favorite sushi place ($3 for a roll!) he bought me a warrrrm chai. Lovely, absolutely lovely.
I've kept on track as far as chores go which I'm happy about even though I didn't make a to-do list I took care of what needed to be done.
Being that the cold rain is falling down I find it only necessary to make a "glamour post". A little pick me up, if you will.
